Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Verio Assets regarding your use of our website and subscription to our funding opportunity monitoring service. By accessing our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

Verio Assets provides an information service that monitors Mexican government funding opportunities and delivers personalized weekly bulletins to subscribers. Our service includes:

Daily monitoring of official federal and state funding announcement sources
Filtering of opportunities based on subscriber profile criteria
Weekly delivery of personalized bulletins via email
Basic information about opportunities including deadlines, requirements, and source links

We provide information only. We do not apply to funding opportunities on behalf of subscribers, prepare application documentation, provide consulting services, or guarantee funding outcomes.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription to our service requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. Fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected. Payment must be made through approved payment methods. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days advance notice to subscribers. Continued use of the service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of new fees.

User Obligations

As a subscriber, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not share your subscription access with unauthorized parties

Information in bulletins is current as of the monitoring date. Opportunities may close, requirements may change, and deadlines may be modified by issuing agencies without our knowledge.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and organization of our website and bulletins are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may use bulletin information for your own funding research purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Information about government funding opportunities is sourced from public government publications. We claim no ownership over the underlying government information, only over our compilation, filtering, and presentation of that information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verio Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to:

Missed funding opportunities due to service delays or errors
Inaccurate information in bulletins
Failed funding applications
Business losses or lost profits
Data loss or corruption

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verio Assets from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for violation of these terms or non-payment of fees.

Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or bulletin notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Verio Assets regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
